Probability scores, salary checks, and match verdicts are automated tools, not legal advice. Always verify independently before making career decisions.
One account per person
One email and one phone number per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits will result in suspension.
Subscriptions — no refunds except platform fault
When you subscribe you're paying for access to a live service. We don't offer refunds on used subscription periods. If there is a fault on our end we will make it right.
Sponsor data is official but not real-time
We sync daily from GOV.UK but licences can change between syncs. Always verify against the live register before a major decision.
Governed by English law
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms govern your use of SponsorMatch, operated by Proof Capital Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these Terms.
2. What SponsorMatch is — and is not
SponsorMatch is a job intelligence and matching platform. We are NOT a recruitment agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973, NOT regulated immigration advisers under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, and NOT legal professionals. Everything on this platform is informational only.
3. Your account
You must be 18+. One account per person — enforced by email and phone number uniqueness. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your right to work to employers
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits
- Do not scrape, copy or commercially reproduce our data or algorithms
- Do not use automated tools beyond normal personal use
5. Subscriptions and payments
Monthly subscriptions
Billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for subscription periods you have already paid for, except where there has been a material failure of service on our part.
Sprint Pack (one-off payment)
Non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.
Service fault refunds
If the platform is genuinely inaccessible for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, contact billing@proofcapital.co.uk and we will apply a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Data accuracy
Sponsor register data is synced daily from GOV.UK. Salary thresholds and SOC eligibility are based on published Home Office guidance. We cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify against official sources before making important career or visa decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The SponsorMatch platform, design, algorithms and software are owned by Proof Capital Ltd. Underlying sponsor data is Crown Copyright, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for job application outcomes, visa refusals, immigration consequences, or decisions made based on our probability scores. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing law
English law. Courts of England and Wales.
