We are an information and workflow service — not an immigration adviser
Probability scores, salary checks, match verdicts and generated documents are support tools, not legal or immigration advice. Always verify official requirements independently before making important decisions.
One account per person
One email and one phone number per account where phone verification is used. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits may result in suspension.
Subscriptions and packs
Paid access is for use of a live software service and pack-credit workflow. Used subscription periods and consumed pack credits are not refunded except where required by law or caused by a material platform fault.
Sponsor data is official but not real-time
We sync sponsor-register data from GOV.UK, but licence status and immigration rules can change. Always verify against official sources before making a major career or visa decision.
Governed by English law
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms govern your use of SponsorMatch, operated by Emmanuel Chinwendu Ugwumba, trading as SponsorMatch by Proof Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.
A UK limited company is expected to assume operation of the platform at commercial launch. These Terms will be updated when that change occurs.
2. What SponsorMatch is — and is not
SponsorMatch is a career decision, sponsorship-intelligence and application-workflow platform. It helps users identify, prioritise and prepare for roles using sponsor-register intelligence, salary/SOC checks, match scoring, pipeline tools and generated application documents.
We are not a recruitment agency, not regulated immigration advisers, and not legal professionals. Everything on this platform is informational and workflow support only.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- One account per person. We may enforce this using email and, where used, phone-number uniqueness.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share login credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your right to work or sponsorship position to employers.
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass free-tier, pack-credit or usage limits.
- Do not scrape, copy or commercially reproduce our data, scoring logic, templates, generated packs or algorithms.
- Do not use automated tools beyond normal personal use.
- Do not upload illegal, offensive, malicious or third-party confidential material.
5. Subscriptions, pack credits and payments
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are not issued for subscription periods you have already used, except where required by law or where there has been a material failure of service on our part.
Pack credits and regeneration
Application-pack generation and regeneration may consume pack credits. The interface will show where a pack credit is required. Existing generated packs are not overwritten by regeneration.
Sprint Pack and one-off purchases
One-off access or pack purchases are non-refundable once access is granted or credits are consumed, except where required by law or caused by a material platform fault.
Service fault refunds
If the platform is genuinely inaccessible for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, contact support@proofcapital.co.uk and we will consider a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
6. Data accuracy
Sponsor-register data is synced from GOV.UK. Salary thresholds, SOC eligibility and related route information are based on published official sources and platform configuration. We cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify against official sources before making important career or visa decisions.
7. Generated documents and user responsibility
Application packs, CV improvements, cover letters, supporting statements, outreach drafts and interview-preparation content are generated to support your own review and decision-making. You are responsible for checking that any document is accurate, truthful and suitable before using it.
8. Intellectual property
The SponsorMatch platform, design, scoring methodology, software, workflows and original content are owned by the founder/operator and are intended to be assigned or licensed to the future operating company at commercial launch. Underlying sponsor-register data is Crown Copyright and is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for job application outcomes, visa refusals, immigration consequences, employer decisions, or decisions made based on probability scores, verdicts or generated documents. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
